Our Spring Concert is over… having enjoyed a memorable performance from our soloist Andrew Winter of the Beethoven Violin Concerto. Sadly no pictures. However here is an Easter egg to keep you going over the holidays.

We will will be returning with a concert of Music for summer including Mid-summer Night’s Dream, Carmen and a bit of Delius.

More background on the pieces can be found in the Upcoming Events page.

Last String Workshop of the Season

We have one last string workshop this season on Sunday 10th May 2026. And for this one we thought we might invite woodwinds as well… just so they can experience the legend that is Helen’s Scones!

If you are interested in attending you can contact Rosemary at leader@wsorchestra.org.uk

Further details can be found here.
