Autumn Term – 2024 First Rehearsal 12th Sept

This term we will be celebrating our dear friend David Silkoff’s 75th birthday by playing 2 Beethoven piano concertos.

The Rehearsal schedule has recently been revamped as we will be flitting between Roding Valley Hall and Bancroft’s School. The rehearsals at Bancroft’s need to start at 7pm.

String Workshops – 2024-2025

We have posted new dates for forthcoming string workshops here and also more details about the one on 13th October. Although it is mostly for WSO members, we also welcome string players who may just want to come along to enjoy a relaxed Sunday playing string music.

New Members

Woodford Symphony Orchestra are always looking for new members. We are a very friendly orchestra who rehearse on Thursday Nights (7:30 – 9:30) – with an all-important tea-break halfway through, at Roding Valley Hall, just opposite Roding Valley Tube Station.
